I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Wharton School. My recent work studies household decisions and their macroeconomic implications in housing and mortgage markets including mortgage contract choices; selling, moving and refinancing decisions; the frictions and trade-offs that households face in the process, and how these inform policy and market design.
