I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Wharton School. My recent work studies household decisions and their macroeconomic implications in housing and mortgage markets including mortgage contract choices; selling, moving and refinancing decisions; the frictions and trade-offs that households face in the process, and how these inform policy and market design.
Research Interests:
Pre-Doctoral Position starting in July 2027: Sylvain Catherine, Huan Tang and I will hire a full-time pre-doctoral research assistant (up to 2 years) to work on household finance, fintech/data economy, housing and labor markets. The call will go out in the fall of 2026 and will be linked here. |
