I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Wharton School. I study household financial decisions in housing and mortgage markets, and related topics in household finance, financial intermediation and behavioral economics.
My recent work looks at the choice of long-term fixed-rate mortgage contracts when there is credit risk, regressive cross-subsidies when there are differences in refinancing ability, and reference dependence when households sell their homes.
